Rev. Courtney B. Cromie,

The Reverend Courtney B. Cromie was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania into the home of a minister father, mother, and two older sisters.  She lived her early years in the South Hills of Pittsburgh in Mt. Lebanon.

When a teenager, her family moved to Florida when her father received a call to serve as pastor of First Presbyterian Church in Fort Lauderdale. Courtney went on to attend Auburn University and graduated with a major in Communications four years later.  Two weeks after graduation from Auburn, Courtney began her studies at Princeton Theological Seminary for her Master of Divinity.  She graduated Princeton Seminary in May of 1996 and was ordained as a Minister of the Word and Sacrament on February 9, 1997.   This past February, Rev. Cromie celebrated her 20th ordination anniversary.

In recent years, Rev. Cromie shared her ministry experience and gifts in administrative positions for Lancaster Theological Seminary and Princeton Theological Seminary.

From 2011 -2015, Courtney served as the designated/church plant pastor for Cornerstone Presbyterian Church in Jackson, New Jersey. From1997 – 2008, Rev. Cromie served as an associate pastor for First Presbyterian Church in Boca Raton, Florida; Yorktown Presbyterian Church in Yorktown, Virginia, and Colesville Presbyterian Church in Silver Spring, MD.

Rev. Cromie has a BA in Communications from Auburn University and a Master of Divinity and a Master of Theology from Princeton Theological Seminary.

Rev. Cromie has always had a love for ministry and for the church. She enjoys talking about JESUS, studying the Bible, taking photographs, painting, sharing content through social media, traveling, and experiencing the art of fine dining.

She is excited and honored to serve as the new pastor for Frenchtown Presbyterian Church and looks forward to many rewarding years of ministry in the future.
