Give To Frenchtown Presbyterian
Why Give?
Giving is one of the spiritual disciplines of the Christian life. We give thanks for every gift that God has given us—our life, our loved ones, our skills, the beauty of this earth and the fellowship of the church community. Among the many ways we can give thanks to God, our monetary gifts to the work of the church join us to others in spreading the joy of God’s Kingdom. When we give on a regular basis we are remembering that all that we have comes from God and our generosity is a witness to that. You are encouraged to consider making an annual monetary pledge to the church.
There is a weekly opportunity in worship to give and offering envelopes are provided for those who request them. Our financial secretary will provide you with a year-end record of your giving .
The Session of Frenchtown Presbyterian Church is charged with being good stewards of every gift given to the mission and ministry of this congregation. Questions about particular ministries are always invited and particular gifts that are in keeping with the mission of our church are welcome.

Per Capita
We are part of a larger Presbyterian family and so we support the infrastructure of our denominational work, regionally and nationally. Our church per capita dues are $32.98 (multiplied by our membership) and your designated gift for each adult member in your household will go toward that fund.
Pledge Cards
You are invited to make an annual pledge. The form can be found here. Please print it, complete it and mail it back to the church, Frenchtown Presbyterian Church, Attn: Susan Fitchett, Treasurer, P.O. Box 114, Frenchtown NJ 08825
Wills & Bequests
Part of our Christian stewardship is planning for the use of our accumulated money and possessions beyond our lifetime. We provide for family and loved ones and extend our participation in community projects in which we were engaged. You can extend your generosity to future generations by also including the church in your will. Please speak to your financial advisor about ways to do this.
Gifts of Stock and Required Minimum Distributions
Often there are additional tax advantages for giving gifts of stock or directing a required minimum distribution (RMD) of a fund as charitable gift. Please speak to your financial advisor about this. For more information about taking a distribution from an IRA, see this Presbyterian Foundation article — http://www.presbyterianfoundation.org/Ways-To-Give/IRA.aspx
